Selling quite a bit on Ebay and I came across a few Action Comics I have. (only about 6 or so). Was about to put them on and I had a thought of I don't want to sell these I quite like them. Problem is now I'm starting to buy the rest. I know I'm never going to be able to get them all but it churns me up inside knowing this. Though never say never. One day I hope I can post that I managed to accumulate the whole collection. I have 20 in my collection now and 12 more on the way. 412 and 413 then the rest all in their 800's.
Shouldn't have started this but hey ho.

It's a difficult one not having the cert. I wouldn't buy a sig without it. See what the comic is worth without the sig then add how much in demand the sig is. I purchased a few Stan Lee sigs a while back but then he went round signing anything and everything. So I'm sure that dropped the price on those. With my sigs though it's not about the monetary value it's more of a personal thing in my collection. |

Can't turn back time to how this forum used to be, so can't really expect to get all the answers like we used to. The people just aren't out there anymore corresponding. (They're all on Facebook and the likes) Just keep plodding along and one day it may all come back. I wouldn't get too uptight about any of it personally though. |

I have a question about adding a price. I have tried adding pence books but is there a way to change the adding price bit to pence? Or can it only be in dollars? Should I just convert the value into dollars. So 6 pence becomes 6 cents or whatever the pence value is? |

Just started collecting Action Comics. A super long way to go but it's fun. Now got.

I think so too. Just got this in the post so I'm counting this as my number one. 😁
Don't know how to add photos with my phone. But just got the authentic Action number one with DC COA

What would you knock off a grade for a page missing at the back. Well half the page as a coupon was cut out of it. Not the very back page but near the back. I would send a picture in but still bidding on it on Ebay. |

He's got it as good/very good though the front cover looks quite battered too. Gone above what I wanted to pay anyway. Adverts missing from a book don't really bother me as long as the main pages are intact. Front/back page and story. Is .5 a poor Ox? |

Blimey it's gone up to £94.00 ($128.50) I don't think people have read the listing properly. Unless they're like me and not too bothered about a coupon being cut out. Though the front cover doesn't look too good IMO. Have you guys had a look at it? |

Ah right, so same grade because it's the incomplete bit that knocks the grade all the way down? Never seen it like that before. Suppose because it has gone and will never be the same as when it was first printed.

Looking at a Superman no.4 CGC grade of apparent 4.0 with apparent B-3. When looking at the values on here do I still look at the grade 4.0 value? |

Ive had a look at the guide price but what do you think this is worth? Really don't want to pay over the odds. What would you comfortably pay for it? It is going to niggle away at me until it sells.

Yeah think I'm going to pass on it. I'm just thinking it's a good chance to own a Superman 4, but deep down I know I wont be satisfied with it. Things do tend to get overpriced here. Would probably be better off buying from the States and paying the customs charges. |
