8/14/2019 Topic: Any Idea What This Is? drewzer15	I bought a DC Comics 10 pack at Ollie's for $5.99. All of the issues were #1 Rebirth issues of various titles. The UPCs don't show them as second printings but they are different than the original cover's UPC. Also the Indicia lists them as (Special Edition) with a December 2018 date. So far the books I've found like this are: Aquaman Super Sons Superman Suicide Squad Wonder Woman Flash Justice League Teen Titans Harley Quinn Batman

I can't find anything out about them other than I got them at Ollie's in a 10 pack but they had to be reprinted for some store exclusive because Ollie's other stores' overstock or discontinued items.

I keep my want list up to date to this day, and I usually print out a fresh copy when I go to 2nd & Charles, comic shops new to me, or anywhere there are boxes of comics to dig through. Having the values is a nice bonus I like, and I used a printout of my collection to acquire insurance coverage on them. When I first decided to use CPG, I owned about 12,000 comics, and it was time consuming. At the time, you had to change the grade after entering each book, which was a pain, but now it can be done at the same time. Since the first giant batch, I now enter books as I get them, and at 40,000 and growing, I'll stay here forever. This is the site I recommend whenever people ask about databases. I find it odd that there aren't a lot of people recommending this site. I always do, but apparently some app that has 3 letters for it's name (I know the name, not mentioning them) charges $14.99 (but doesn't show pricing) is really popular. I have used it for other things like novels, but it's kinda cumbersome. A lot of other sites don't have the search ability CPG has. I have used a lot of different sites over the years. This seems to be the most user friendly IMO. I mean right away I can narrow it down to title and issue. It's not CPG's fault there are 100 different versions of Batman #50. Some sites let you search title only first. One site makes you search by the story title. I can't possibly know that info without opening the bag and searching the book and finding the title page. I heard some static about the prices here being off. Well that's the nature of "Buy it now" internet sites, a book can jump overnight and you may not know or know why or where it falls after the hype. No site can be 100% on top of their pricing. That's where we come in as users to help update the info and if I need to know what Batman #77 is getting right now I can go on eBay and see they are selling for around $20 and it isn't even released until your LCS opens today.

Stop trying to make my book worthless!

Your book falls into the second category for some people. eBay has removed actual historical Confederate themed Civil War relics because it offends some people. eBay can't catch everything but there is a good chance your listing gets pulled.
9/3/2019 Topic: Need Help Identifying Avengers Vol 5 #1 drewzer15	Is there 2 covers? There was a personalized retailer variant (it may be the "Half Sketch" one listed) but it had 2 covers. IIRC the outside was half colored and had a barcode and said variant on the it. When you open it up inside was a note from the editor that was personalized to whichever store got it.
