How is it that no one makes a quality plastic box? I don't mean the corrugated plastic, I mean like a nice acrylic or Tupperware type box? This hobby seems to be too populous to not have something other than cardboard to put our stuff in. |

Yeah, but we keep them in plastic bags. And if you don't have a lid on the box moisture wouldn't condense. |

On rare occasion a comic gets released in a sealed poly bag. In the past two that stick out in my mind are the FF death of Johnny and there was a Superman milestone in the early 90's.
This week, Marvel's Civil War II #3 midnight release cover is in a sealed poly bag. What I am seeing through the bag is just a solid black cover with the title and such on it but when I look up the variant in the CPG, the picture of the cover has a sketch of the Hulk on the cover.
So I guess what I am getting to is this, does removing the poly bag or the poly bag being damaged affect the value of the comic?
Also, anyone know what the deal is with the difference in the covers? |
