Storage and grading information help.

i was recently going through some boxes i had in storage in the back of my closet and found a bunch of comic books i forgot i had. what i am looking for are the best storage options as far as bags and backing boards. the majority of them are in are great condition, have never been read, have just been in storage since they were purchased and i am wanting to protect them,
second, which grading service would be the best to have them graded, if was to go that route. any information and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
