Is the download (export of data by publisher) up?

I have tried for two days and used several different browsers (in case if was a javascript problem) to download the spreadsheet of my collection by publisher. I get the normal reply message, but I never receive the CPG message or the link...
am i doing something wrong here?

I'll try this again. I posted it in the CPG Q&A. 12 people looked at it, but no one answered. Not even to tell me that it worked or didn't work for them. Great community.
I click on the button, I get the message that the request has been queued. I wait. Then nothing... no email, no message. it's been 3 days. How long can it take?
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it seemed pretty straight forward. I know it worked at one point. I tried several different browsers in case it was a javascript problem.
Please help... I'm trying to sell my collection to a private individual, and i'd like to just get a list of the issues i've entered with conditions

i never meant that they could fix it... i just meant that someone else must use the 'download data' feature and could have at least confirmed that it worked for them

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I have my collection in a spreadsheet, but I don't want to reenter them into CPG (there are thousands of comics), so I was hoping there was a process to get those loaded in My Collection. Or maybe some kind of API? I am a 30+ year web developer, so I could write a program to do it if you had some kind of API interface...\
