I'll try this again. I posted it in the CPG Q&A. 12 people looked at it, but no one answered. Not even to tell me that it worked or didn't work for them. Great community.


I click on the button, I get the message that the request has been queued. I wait. Then nothing... no email, no message. it's been 3 days. How long can it take?


Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it seemed pretty straight forward. I know it worked at one point. I tried several different browsers in case it was a javascript problem.

Please help... I'm trying to sell my collection to a private individual, and i'd like to just get a list of the issues i've entered with conditions

Very few people can answer that sort of question. I researched this and found the issue. Tested it on your account and my account and it's working fine now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

i never meant that they could fix it... i just meant that someone else must use the 'download data' feature and could have at least confirmed that it worked for them smile
