When you go to a title like Amazing Spiderman vol. 2 https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/amazing-spider-man-the/siwv On the right side of the page you can see the Toolbar. The 5th option down is "issue settings". You could change that to 7.0 and then everything you enter will be a 7.0. After it's entered, you have to manually change each one. R
9/20/2021 Topic: How do I go back in to change a rating on my comic Ronbatman Administrator	I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "Rating on my comic". If you mean grade, you go to that issue then click My Collection tab. Change the grade. Asking price would be related to sales. So to change an asking price take the book off sale then change the price. We don't allow you to make changes to a current sale to avoid dishonest practices. Ron

I don't think you should publically do this to a seller and then place another offer on his or her book. They might decline your offer because of this. I've sent a message to Willrice explaining our expectations for sellers. He has the right to decline an offer but if he accepts it, then it should be fulfilled. As we have spoken many times before, the transaction is between you and the seller. Ideally, you two can work it out without us stepping in, since we don't take a piece of the transaction. This text is autogenerated from our system. "The seller has indicated that this transaction is past due and has requested to cancel the transaction. Seller Input: Due to inaction, this item has been removed from your limbo box and the seller has relisted it for sale. People will send me an issue like a seller not responding and I will contact them. Or a buyer doing something wrong and I deal with them. 99.9% of the time it's a great place to buy and sell. On occasion, I step in and ban an account, like the lady who was trying to sell a reprint of Action 1 as real. "Yeah, I'm sure you picked up this Action Comics 1 at a flea market for $20" Ron

If a buyer makes an offer AND it's accepted that is the agreed-upon price. It is not a negotiating platform for a lower price 3. If a buyer makes an offer and doesn't hear anything, please let me know. I will check their most recent login and contact them. We want seller to respond even if the answer is no thank you. 4. We are thinking about adding a block feature for paid members. This would block another member from messaging them or seeing their books. I've spoken to our programmer about it and he assures me, it's possible. 5. The sale is ultimately between the buyer and seller, it's just our platform that connects you. 6. Paypal is recommended to protect both parties involved unless you know and trust the other person. Laughing at all these comments but stating just the facts, Ron edited by ronbatman on 9/24/2021

10/3/2021 Topic: Pictures Not Loading Ronbatman Administrator	So as you know, we have had some issues with the image hosting site. We use a ridiculous amount of their bandwidth with our 1 million stock images plus all the customer uploads. We've had numerous talks with them and nothing seems to change. We've started moving the files back to our servers. So what you're noticing with the Url is the movement to our servers. We want this fixed as much as you guys, it's frustrating to us as well. 10/4/2021 Topic: Verifying Data Ronbatman Administrator	When you verify data please confirm that you are correct. I know that seems obvious but we have some "misses" on things that are actually correct. There are several things that could cause issues depending on your perspective so I'd like to explain some differences. There is usually more than one editor. You could have the book editor and the editor in chief. Both can be listed. Cover artists can include the colorist and the inker if they are different than the artist. It isn't mandatory that you list all but it's an option you might see. The publisher should be the first place to search for verifying data, then places like Comics.org or MyComicShop.com or a published list from a distributor. These are trusted sources. As a staff, we don't usually verify data because we are changing values, adding UPC codes, adding variants, and a million other things. If you get a "miss" that means one of your fellow members said it was incorrect. Eventually misses will disappear and they don't have a big impact. (Unless you make it habitual or malicious and we have to eliminate your verifying abilities.) I hope that helps clarify things, Ron

If you click on your user name in the upper right corner of the site. (not on the forum page) A large dropdown will appear that has all kinds of things to see and do. When you click on the collection tab, at the bottom you will see 4 orange buttons, collection, checklists, boxes and new comics. When you click on collection, you will be taken to this page. https://comicspriceguide.com/collection/ You can see the value for each publisher and on the right side you can see the print buttons for "raw" and "graded" If you click into a publisher, like Image, this page comes up https://comicspriceguide.com/collection/image There is an alphabetical listing of the titles but you can also see top information for this publisher. When you click the top information button, you can see the top titles, top 25 issues, top 25 graded titles, top 25 graded issues. You can see this by the publisher or for all books in your collection. My top Image book is Invincible 11 since I sold my #1. Enjoy sorting through your collection! Ron
