What is the deal with these books? They just came out and already selling on ebay for anywhere between $17-29.

Dynamic Forces is selling the premium covers for $50 (not signed or graded).
Not that I'm complaining. I'll take $25 for a $3 book that just came out.

CPG has this book listed as volume 1 but wouldn't the series from 1975 be volume 1 and this one would be volume 2? |

Yes, it only shows values that changed in the last 2 weeks (ish). If you have books CPG shows are moving but yours are not, reach out to admin Ron. |

I had a miss based on the cover artist but CPG had notes showing the same name so i don't know why I got a miss. It was eventually approved so someone else got the win. |

That said I generally agree. I never put a raw book over 9.6 and very rarely list as 9.6. Almost always at 9.4 raw.
Agree there is no reason to list a 9.8 or greater raw grade and seldom a reason to list a graded value over 9.8
