All I can find on the website is the collection, not the individual parts which I have 1 of. It is a direct copy if that changes anything with this issue.

It is there under Xmen 1991 series and go to the annual tab.

Annuals, Specials, hardcovers, trade paperbacks, ashcans, Free Comic Book Day/FCBD for regular series are usually not listed separately, but sometimes are, so mostly they're under the regular series name, click that, then click the appropriate tabs to see those issues. Can be tricky to find with all the reboots and cross-over production years.
