this is another of those weird issues that missed getting listed for 20 years somehow. only found 1 on that auction site, and mycomicshop, comics.org etc don't list the photo cover either. I thought maybe it was just the back cover, but apparently not, as the auction site one had pics of front and back.
I got it submitted for you. I think the problem may have been with your file name having the brackets. just use normal text and .jpg without 'special' characters.
that'll be the usual tree fiddy. |

Donald, I just sent you ronbatman's email address, so check your CPG messages. The new forum has no way to message people thru their profiles any more, so now you have to go look them up in the member directory and use that profile page with the 'message me' link. better to use direct email tho.

It's faster if you submit them yourself. save the pics to your computer/phone first. shortcut to stand alone image for the $20 version:

tip: name the pic file something simple/obvious and not long, like GFT-2018-special-h.jpg and special-i.jpg

uh, that's a 'false' number. from what I was told when it was over 800,000 and I questioned that, that number is the total of everyone that's ever joined, even if they canceled their accounts, not just the current members. No idea what the current membership is, maybe they don't know either.

But it's not a correct number either, so not entirely 'true' since there's no qualifying statement about "since we've been keeping track, so not a current number" to be found except on the forums. my guess is that's it's 4-5 times higher than the actual number of current members. TONS of free members have come and gone and maybe never deleted their accounts. (isn't there a time limit for not logging in for X months/year before your account is closed, like most sites?) lots of paid members come and go too. some leave and come back with new IDs on new computers and get counted again no doubt. Cities don't post population signs and count everyone that ever lived there, why does CPG? It's just a misleading number and false advertising to me, as I've noted before. Hence why no big announcement when it hit 1,000,000. I don't see why it can't be a semi-accurate number now. |

And it's the normal cover but this was part of a set called "The Creator Series" and not sure if that is variant enough for consideration.
Ron can answer for sure, but my guess is no, because it's still a regular edition COVER that just signed, not a variant cover. the sig and packaging etc. doesn't qualify it for variant listing, only the cover would. |

it's the same as the direct edition, depending on some collector's preferences. CPG can't possibly list separate prices for all newsstand editions unless it's a different cover or cover price. I hope you're not buying into the hype (mostly from a western US dealer) that newsstand editions from that era are worth more than direct market because maybe less were published. A few newer collectors seem to care about that, but most knowledgeable ones know better. |

well for some reason they're under just the Avengers 2018 and Black Panther 2019 series, yet the Spider-Man version is under Marvel Action Spider-Man, so there's a consistency problem. here ya go:

Not sure what you mean by YOU'RE missing it? Do you mean you can't find the 1st printing in the CPG database? It's under Marvel Graphic Novel, the first result for the 1982-1992 series showing the Captain Marvel cover. Click on that, then click the softcover tab and they'll all show up. scroll down to #27, which is just called Emperor Doom. They don't list the second print tho.

Technically it's a second printing, as it reprints the 1976 Fireside/Simon & Schuster version, but Marvel marked it as first print of the softcover edition, as you noted. So CPG notes it as a second print. It's all reprinted stories from various comics anyway, so both versions are reprints in that regard. |

apparently I have to keep repeating this--- google stuff. turns out the CORRECT title is 'Welcome to the Whedonverse' as noted on BOOM Studios announcement of the FCBD comics: https://www.boom-studios.com/2019/05/03/fcbd/ . WHY it's called that instead of the title at the top of the comic is something you'll have to take up with BOOM's marketing dept, and yes, I agree it should be called Buffy/Firefly #1 or something like that, and not the 'title' at the bottom of the cover that no one looks at. Their other FCBD comic is titled Lumberjanes in both places, so makes no sense why this one is differently done.

According to Atomic Empire's site, White Widow #2 was supposed to be released the end of April, but has not been released yet. Since this 2.5 is supposed to be released between issue #2 and 3, it may also not be out yet. Acmesuperstore's ebay listing, which is where they direct you to actually by it, still says 'pre-sale' and hasn't been updated like it should have been by now. And $21 plus $7 shipping? Ouch.
So CPG will get to it when it's actually published, hopefully. |

the others are under the Special tab on that page, which is silly, as they're ALL Specials and all numbered #1, so some cleanup is in order. #1D can't be listed first, it's the D cover, so someone messed up, but they should all be listed on 1 page, no need to click the Special tab, right RonB?
