it's the same as the direct edition, depending on some collector's preferences. CPG can't possibly list separate prices for all newsstand editions unless it's a different cover or cover price. I hope you're not buying into the hype (mostly from a western US dealer) that newsstand editions from that era are worth more than direct market because maybe less were published. A few newer collectors seem to care about that, but most knowledgeable ones know better.

The newsstand edition markup is based mostly on how many exist and survived in pristine condition from how they were displayed or (mis)handled. Plus there were a lot that were purposely damaged as part of the process of returning unsold copies, like ripping the cover in half, or removing some part of it. Until around the mid '70s newsstand distribution was the majority, then it became half and half for a while up until around the mid '90s. They were almost nonexistent in the 2000s, so there were significantly less.
But back to the question, I haven't seen one either. I think I owned a shitty reader copy a few years back, but they're tough to find.
