Hi,
There's been a bit of a mix-up on my end when trying to renew my subscription, and I've ended up paying for it twice: once through PayPal, and once through my credit card. Is it possible to refund one of those payments, or can we maybe say that I've paid up for the next two years instead of one?
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this message, but I've tried the customer service email and the email on my PayPal subscription, and haven't heard anything back.

Hi,
I have also had an issue with membership payment. I have been told by paypal that a $50 gold membership payment has come out of my account which they claim was carried out on the 4th March. To be honest I have not been on this web site in months.
I contacted paypal & told them I did not request this payment but they say I had.
I don't know if this means my membership was hacked. As you can see I am still a free (Bronze) membership and not gold.
What can I do about getting this refunded & shut down?
paypal say they will stop any further payment requests.
could you help Shawn?

I am still at bronze level but my account has been charged twice over the months for a gold membership.My emails were never answered,I can't help but feel like I'm getting ripped off here.

We've discovered there's a major issue with PayPal not properly reporting sales to us and that's causing double charges and weird billing. We apologize for the members affected and are working diligently on a fix. Well refund and give some bonus credit time to anyone affected for the inconvenience.

i want to try gold and I was wondering if you guys offered a 3 month trial period. the entire reason i want to try gold is to sell many comics and see if its worth it.
