We've discovered there's a major issue with PayPal not properly reporting sales to us and that's causing double charges and weird billing. We apologize for the members affected and are working diligently on a fix. I have been told by paypal that a $50 gold membership payment has come out of my account which they claim was carried out on the 4th March. To be honest I have not been on this web site in months.
I contacted paypal & told them I did not request this payment but they say I had.
I don't know if this means my membership was hacked. As you can see I am still a free (Bronze) membership and not gold.
What can I do about getting this refunded & shut down?
paypal say they will stop any further payment requests.

There's been a bit of a mix-up on my end when trying to renew my subscription, and I've ended up paying for it twice: once through PayPal, and once through my credit card. Is it possible to refund one of those payments, or can we maybe say that I've paid up for the next two years instead of one?
