I notice that some graded values are lower than their raw counterpart, i.e. Avengers #4 at grade 5.5. The raw value is $1570 and graded is $1380. I notice it in many of the books I look at, at least 1 graded is lower. Is this a glitch or a true reflection of the market?

You'll see this from time to time. I think a lot of it has to do with sales. There's simply more sales of raw issues so the price fluctuates a bit more.
I could be wrong on this though, so you'll have to wait for others to join in too.
