<description><![CDATA[I notice that some graded values are lower than their raw counterpart, i.e. Avengers #4 at grade 5.5. The raw value is $1570 and graded is $1380. I notice it in many of the books I look at, at least 1 graded is lower. Is this a glitch or a true reflection of the market?]]></description>
