Dead Reckoning

Captain Cold, Captain Boomerang & The Trickster snatch Eobard Thawne's body from the morgue and along with Pied Piper and Weather Wizard, they have a Rogues Gallery memorial service for Reverse-Flash atop an isolated column of rock outside Central City. After examining the video tape evidence, the DA issues an arrest warrant for the Flash. The Flash turns himself in at the police station, is read his Miranda rights, handcuffed and placed under arrest for manslaughter.
