Triton and Stingray meet each other as they investigate a ship that was apparently sunken by Atlanteans in the name of Namor. Namor, also interested in this ship, confronts them and a misunderstanding leads to a battle. Attuma, who set the trap, catches them off guard and captures them. Attuma is using human prisoners and a captured Atlantean scientist to burrow underneath Manhattan in hopes of launching a surprise assault. Namor, Stingray, and Triton free themselves and overwhelm Attuma and bring an end to his scheme.
