It starts with sinestro being alone in a strange cavern (with no power because he is not fearful anymore and is not afraid of being dead as he rationalizes that he has no purpose of being alive as he lost his home, best friend and his family) surrounded by beasts that want to eat him. Sinestro says he always wins against the beasts but states that they are learning his techniques. Suddenly, one of the beasts die and realizes it was lyssa Drak who killed it. At first Sinestro tries to avoid her but then Lyssa says that he does have a purpose and says many of his people is still alive as they left secretly during Sinestros reign of terror. After that Sinestro intently listens as apparently the book of Parallax (a book that is like a history book on that says all the things yellow lanterns ever did) was not destroyed but rather put on Lyssas skin. She says she could see the future and sees that Sinestro has a major part in history. After that, sinestro learns what it is to be fearful again and charges up but with little battery left. Lyssa shows that Sinestro can instantly charge his ring by making it touch the letters that Lyssa has all over her bod. They later go to the Sinestro corps to take it back from Arkillo (ring maker, one of Sinestros best lanterns), Who has been leading in his dissappearance. When they battle the weponer, Slushh, Maash, Karu-sil, Murr the melting man, Rigen Kale (First appearance, yellow lantern), and Dez Trevius (first appearance, yellow lantern) meet them, then it is revealed that they captured SInestros daughter, Soranik Natu (she hates her father and is a green lantern) for leverage in their fight). Who will win (find out in issue 2)!!!????
