Haly's Wish The story starts with a spark, literally! The new villain, Saiko, escapes Nightwing's grasps and makes a quick escape. Raya, Dick's old circus friend, visits him with a message about the circus. They travel out to see that the owner of Haly's Circus, Haly, is the one who sent the message. Dick is surprised when Haly offers him a once in a lifetime offer... the circus. Dick accepts and heads back to Gotham and on the way has a little romance. But, when they get a call from the plane and hear Haly has been attacked, they turn back. There, Dick meets Saiko again which starts another epic brawl.
