Synopsis for "Hell Night"
Foggy sits on the floor of Matt’s office, slumped against the wall in clear emotional distress, having just found something in Matt’s desk that greatly frightened him. As Austin Cao knocks on the door looking for Matt, Foggy thinks hard about his recent worries that Matt’s new, cheery attitude is a sign of a psychotic break.

Sixteen hours earlier, Matt walks a rattled Kirsten McDuffie to a cab after their date was interrupted by threats from a Black Spectre agent. He tells Kirsten not to worry and that he’ll call her the next day, then goes back to his apartment. There, he dons his Daredevil costume and decides to lure the other four Megacrime organizations out of the shadows. He grabs the Omega Drive out of his safe, puts it around his neck, and heads out into the city. In Times Square, he is set upon by Black Spectre agents. The fight is caught on camera and displayed on the towering screens for all to see. It doesn’t take long for the other four criminal organizations - A.I.M, Hydra, Agenc? Byzantine, and the Secret Empire - to arrive on the scene. Daredevil finds himself surrounded.

Daredevil commandeers an A.I.M. sky sled and turns its weapons on the others before it is destroyed by a blast of magic from one of the Secret Empire agents. As A.I.M. reinforcements teleport in, Daredevil is disabled by a psychic attack from Agenc? Byzantine. He is hit by tasers from A.I.M. and a Secret Empire agent conjures a magical hood over his head, cutting off his air. Just as the groups are about to take the Omega Drive, five Black Spectre agents attack. The other four organizations turn on Black Spectre and Daredevil, weakened, tries to sneak away amid the chaos. But he stumbles directly into a Black Spectre agent, who knocks him out and takes the Omega Drive. He and his fellow Black Spectre agents ascend a ladder into a cloaked aircraft and disappear as the police arrive. Camera phones and news crews continue to broadcast from Times Square as Daredevil is helped to his feet.

Sometime later, Daredevil kicks down the door of Avengers Mansion, where members of the New Avengers - Wolverine, Mockingbird, Spider-Man, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage - are changing out of Black Spectre uniforms. Wolverine asks how they did. Daredevil berates them for taking so long to arrive, and yells at Spider-Man for interrupting his date. Daredevil tells the team to get the Omega Drive to Reed Richards for data mining. He walks out of the mansion with Iron Fist, but just as he is telling Danny that he is glad to finally be rid of the drive, he dematerializes while the Avengers look on helplessly.

Daredevil comes to and finds himself in a transparent cell in an unknown location. As he shouts, we zoom out to see that he is being held in the depths of Castle Doom in Latveria.
