Suprema, The Deadliest Of The Species!
1st Appearance "SUPREMA" (Susan Scarbo)
Suprema and Scarbo are two ambitious criminals who hoping to take over the entire underworld rackets. When one of her minions points out that this is no easy task, she shows him that she is skilled in fighting and tells her minions that she is also a practitioner of witchcraft. Taking her minions out in a specially modified truck called the "Wolverine Jet", Suprema drives to the Long Island home of her first target: Aces Wild. Breaking into his home during a poker game, Wilde considers it a joke when Suprema orders him to turn over his operations to her. When he realizes she is serious he orders his men to eliminate her when suddenly, upon looking into her eyes, Wilde changes his tone and signs over his entire criminal operation to her and orders his men to do whatever she tells them. This is but a beginning as Suprema travels all over the New York City area using her seemingly mystical powers to enthrall mobsters all over the city into doing her bidding. Not even the police are able to stop her, as what happens when a long police officer pulls her truck over for speeding, Suprema uses her will to make him let them go.
Meanwhile, at the barber shop that is a front for SHIELD headquarters, Nick Fury and Captain America are practicing fighting maneuvers. After their sparring is done, Cap asks Fury once more where Sharon Carter is. Fury tells him that she is on another mission. He tells Captain America that instead of mooning over the girl he should be asking her to marry him. This cuts deep, as Captain America cannot get Sharon to do just that because she feels it's her duty to remain with SHIELD. Moreover, the insecure Avenger wonders what he a "battle-weary has-been" has to offer her in life.
Elsewhere in the city, Suprema and her minions have secured a vast criminal empire and now are ready to begin the next phase of her plans: To take over SHIELD. Out in their Wolverine Jet, and using a device to detect individuals that have special SHIELD ID tags, Suprema and her men find SHIELD agent Dum Dum Dugan. Approaching Dugan, Suprema uses her powers to enthrall him as well and orders him to take her to Nick Fury. When Dugan takes Suprema and her men to a weapons testing range, she quickly takes control of Fury and the rest of the SHIELD agents on hand. When Suprema attempts to take control of Captain America however, something reflects off his shield and he is unaffected. Fighting both friend and foe, Captain America fights off Scarbo and manages to escape in the Wolverine Jet.
