Hi guys,
and sorry to bother you with something rather OT. But I'm curious if someone here ever contacted the CPG customer service and (even more important) actually got a reply from them?
I have sent them a couple of emails and also used the contact form but never got any feedback. To quote your prez: SAD! ;-)
