Should I buy this person's collection?

I'm very new here, and I've just started collecting again aftwr 20 years. I found a local person who has a collection two long boxes in size. He offered it for a few hundred dollars. I know there's a lot of Marvel but here's the kivker: there is a copy of Amazing Spiderman 1 in what appears to be poor condition and Amazing Spiderman 2 in may good or a step below, not poor though. Worth it? |

I have a lead on a collection of b about 1000 books. They are are all from the 60s and 70s. Thing is they are horror books, including Tales from the Crypt, Werewolf by Night, and others. I did see the first appearance of Ghost Rider in about 5/10 condition. I looked at half of the books today, the other half tomorrow. The price is 200 for all of them. Buy or not buy?
Btw: No Moon knight in the Werewolf by Knight. |
