 These are no longer being added to the catalogue, as far as I can tell.
They have very small print runs and don't come from a large publisher.
It's not because they are unworthy; rather, they take precedence because there are so many other books that are owned by so many more individuals. There is, in a sense, greater desire for their inclusion in the system.
