When would it be better to buy a comic book press instead of using commercial service? How many books help make the decision? I have a few hundreds of bronze/copper age books that have humidity ripples that if flattened would move them up in grade considerably. But even VF would only add a buck or two to the value. |

Is there a free down loadable grading chart similar to what NewKadia uses that shows things to check for determining what the overall grade of the book should be?
Maybe there is something better than what they use? I would like something like this to slip onto the back cardboard side of the bagged comic. |

I may get a press just to play around with it on some of my books that are only worth a couple/three bucks if pressed flat. |

google is how I found NewKadia.
But I am hoping there may be a better solution from someone in this community. I also don't want to do any copyright infringements.

I found a hard copy chart that I do not know the source but I have entered it into a spreadsheet. I am attempting to attach a jpeg. Let's see if this works. |
