I think he was asking about shipping cost as a BUYER. Contact the seller beforehand thru the messaging system (good luck getting a reply), and give them your zip code so they can figure the shipping costs. If they're too high you can just pass or maybe negotiate. It won't impact your rating here. If you don't get your item and you paid by credit card with paypal or directly, you file for a refund with them. If you paid by check or money order, you file a fraud claim with the Post Office or your Attorney General's office. That's why there's laws. CPG won't intervene and can do nothing about it except delete the fraudster's membership, which is stated in the first post. Good luck.
