 i just unboxed a copy of Ironman #1, forgot i had it, it has been sleeved and boxed for nearly 40 years. i had traded for it back in the mid 70's and knew it had some flaws but was curious if someone could tell me how low it should be graded?

slight creases on the cover, some bent corners, but the biggest issue is that the previous owner kept it in a 3 ring binder...yes, it has been 3 holed punched?
