what does the graded price mean? its higher?

i see raw value for mint condition is 16$ but its 320$ for graded value mint... this is confuseing to me. i have a lot of comics im trying to get priced and trying to see how i can go about that. any help would be realy apreciated. |

ya we saw the movie the other night. verry good. and the voice and personality for colossus, Nailed IT!! thats probly the best movie Ryan ever made. he even makes fun of himself in it useing his real name. lol im gonna over watch that movie when it hits dvd for sure. |
