Two Suicide Squad Covers?

Hi guys, I had a customer come in today and sold two first edition Suicide Squad #1's, both in great condition, but the two covers were different. On the CPG site I can only find the one without the bar code. Is the second one, the one with the different upper right price square and the bar code on bottom left a variant? Second Print? What? Everything appears exactly the same inside. Any insight from you guys? I have added a photo of the actual cover scans. Thanks!
