I can't find this listed anywhere ... shows first printing, 1998. The cover art is repro'd on a reprint version, but the author's names are not the same on that version.
Any help in valuation would be nice ... I'm assuming it might have some.

I can't seem to find a price for this printing with the 'memoriam' sticker on the front. I'm pretty sure this IS the first edition, but no cover photos showed the sticker as mine has. Hmmm. |
