I believe this may be a variant book for https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/teenage-mutant-ninja-turtles-the-movie/shwym as comics.org (the only place I was able to find any real information for it aside from within the book itself) indicates it was "Also released in a longer, black and white version by Mirage and a newsstand edition by Archie." ( The latter:

The cover displayed for "Dennis the Menace Bonus Magazine" #150 (1976, see attachment) currently shows the cover for "Dennis the Menace" #150 (1977). (My apologies ahead of time if the attachment doesn't work properly, we seem to be having some issues with the site the past several days.) |

Indicia lists it as: Venom: Seed of Darkness, Vol 1, no -1, July 1997.
I've looked under the Marvel "V" tab, I've scrolled through all the responses searching just "Venom", as well as "Venom Seed" and "Venom Darkness" both with and without the colon. I checked under various tabs, just in case, and I am just not finding it anywhere... I've attached the cover (so others who take the time to look [thank you!!] have something to compare, and in case the database doesn't already have it). |
