wrong forum for this, you missed it by 1 level. this goes in this forum is for COMPLETED titles, not still-missing issues. you can go to the #2's listing, https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/doomsday-clock/2A/pkssnrs , click on Variants, then click 'report missing variant' and fill out as much of the form as you can, and someday it may get added. a link to the image will help. |

the correct title is X-Men Collectors Edition just like the cover says. Vol. 1, #2, and it's here: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/x-men-collectors-edition/2_hard%20cover/wkvtcx
CPG's date has a question mark, and the britishcomicswikia page says it was done in 1982 if anyone wants to update the info. Source: http://britishcomics.wikia.com/wiki/X-Men_Collectors_Edition_Vol_1_2 |

several of these are easy to find on here, not sure why you couldn't. read my search tips in this thread, https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/topic12110-evil-ernie-youth-gone-wild-directors-cut.aspx , but not all of your list will be on CPG. you'll have to google the other stuff.
some are magazines that won't be on CPG. the Fantastic Females portfoilio, if an actual art portfolio of art plates or a book of art, won't be on here, as it's not a comic. Rocket's Blast Comicollector is not a comic, just a fanzine about comics, so won't be on here.
here's what I found on CPG: Neil The Horse Comics And Stories #1: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/neil-the-horse-comics-and-stories/1/poupbw
Ditko's Mr A. D.4 (need to use the period after Mr): https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/mr-a/2/ujxqkw

not sure on this one. Calculus Cat (quarter size) by Hunt Emerson, CPG lists a trade paperback: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/calculus-cat/1_trade%20paper%20back/pjuqnvv
the Spirit Weekly--you're on your own, look at all "The Spirit" titles and see what ones match up for the years. good luck on the other stuff! edited by collectibleshop on 4/14/2018 edited by collectibleshop on 4/14/2018 edited by collectibleshop on 4/15/2018 edited by collectibleshop on 4/15/2018 |

Venom: Seed of Darkness

here ya go: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/venom-lethal-protector/-1/phxvjx
it's a notorious Flashback issue, they're usually hard to find on here. Those are numbered -1, but on the cover of this one 'minus' is spelled out, so easy to miss as most of us are used to '-1'.. But if you search Venom -1 it comes up under Venom Lethal Protector for some reason, even tho that series was done in 1993: VENOM: LETHAL PROTECTOR #-1
1993, 1997 | Volume 1 | Modern Age | $1.95 Seed of Darkness (1997)
In search results for just Venom, you'd miss it when you see Venom Lethal Protector because it only shows the 1993/1997 part, and not the sub-title for Seed of Darkness. You don't see that until you click on the Lethal Protector title, then Seed is listed first.
No idea why it's like that, unless it's because it's a flashback to the time of Lethal Protector, his 1st mini-series, but to me it should be under its OWN name like every other shop and resource and the indicia lists it. How about it, Ronbatman? |

Deb, when you see this, you should go remove your 'ads' on the classifieds about this, that's not what the classifieds are for..
yeah, finding annuals is not as easy as it should be. this problem comes up frequently with new people, and it would be much easier if CPG would add the ability to use 'annual' in the title search and then list all the annuals for all the series of a title. Or put an 'annual' choice in the 'type' drop down menu. Bryan, you listening? This would make CPG way easier to use and save lots of time and 'problem finding' posts.
Deb27, read my search tips post on this thread, copy it or bookmark it for future reference: https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/topic12110-evil-ernie-youth-gone-wild-directors-cut.aspx
look at CPG's youtube video on how to find comic prices here, it shows how to use the tabs on the results etc: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8223Gjpofk&index=2&list=PL3eOHtGDGIs2A7_jQdSV_ZuYxTmGfs1W1&t=0s
CPG video tutorials main page: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3eOHtGDGIs2A7_jQdSV_ZuYxTmGfs1W1
Doc Savage The Man of Bronze/The Land of Terror won't be on here because it's just a novel. google it, check amazon and 'that' auction site to see what others sell it for, but generally there's no value to them.
Grimm Fairy Tales: Giant size 2011 Sinbad crossover part 3 is under Grimm Fairy Tales 2011 Special Edition #1: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/grimm-fairy-tales-2011-special-edition/1/yiytjw
Grimm Fairy Tales: Unleashed Part 3 of 6 is under annuals, as #6: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/grimm-fairy-tales/6_annual/xovykr
you can find the others under the annual or giant size tabs for that year's series.
as for "..so condition 10????" Uh, no. you have to look at them out of the bag to check for minor dents, possible handling stresses, dull spots and other printing errors etc.. 9.4 NM is the average 'as new off the shelf with some minor defects' grade usually, but read the grading tutorial too: https://comicspriceguide.com/comic-book-grading
almost nothing is a 10 unless you're a professional grader, so I wouldn't use that for your entries or values, unless its been graded by CGC or CBCS grading services. have fun.. edited by collectibleshop on 4/22/2018 edited by collectibleshop on 4/22/2018 edited by collectibleshop on 4/24/2018 edited by collectibleshop on 4/24/2018 |

apparently it's not listed yet, but they have the B&W version. and always say what year/publisher, as there's multiples for Purgatori. Saw the 1 on that auction site, plus a couple on sold auctions for $5-$6, so nothing real valuable. 'Blood Red' variant seems to be what it's called. The page it should be on here doesn't have it, so you can go to https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/purgatori/2/pjrwkrs , click the Variants tab, then click the 'report missing variant' button and fill out as much info as you can. someday they'll list it. |

Ultraverse Premiere #4

|
this is one of those weird flip cover things that CPG doesn't show all the covers to or cross-index them. Went to comics.org and found it, so it's actually the flip cover of 'The Strangers' #13 (did you look inside the book, or turn it over?): https://www.comics.org/issue/55210/cover/4/ so it's on CPG under The Strangers: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/strangers-the/13/phqriv
comics.org states: "Only the Zero-issue of this title (Ultraverse Premiere) was released as its own comic. All further issues were released as flip-books to regular on-going Ultraverse series. They are:
#1 - Rune (1994 series) #3 #2 - Mantra (1993 series) #10 #3 - Prime (1993 series) #12 #4 - The Strangers (1993 series) #13 #5 - Firearm (1993 series) #11 #6 - Prototype (1993 series) #13 #7 - Hardcase (1993 series) #16 #8 - Sludge (1993 series) #12 #9 - Freex (1993 series) #15 #10 - The Solution (1993 series) #16 #11 - The Night Man (1993 series) #16
always try google searches before posting, you can almost always find more correct info or a listing somewhere. See this thread for my search tips too: https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/topic12110-evil-ernie-youth-gone-wild-directors-cut.aspx
Would be nice if this 'title' was also listed as Ultraverse Premiere too. But if you search that, the 'one shot' #0 issue does say "Cont in. Rune 3, Mantra 10, Prime 12, Strangers 13, Firearm 11, Prototype 13, Hardcase 16, Sludge 12, Freex 15, The Solution 16, Nightman 16", so that's your clue to match it up with those titles based on the main story on the flip side. https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/ultraverse-premiere/0/popyjy
So to whoever edits the guide, why not make it EASY on people and just list all those, with the Premiere side image, under Ultraverse Premiere, with notes that the other side is 'Title/# X'? AND note it on the regular title's page that it's also 'Ultraverse Premiere #X on the flip side'? You're welcome. edited by collectibleshop on 5/14/2018 edited by collectibleshop on 5/14/2018 |

Maybe they missed it, or maybe they decided these aren't worth listing any more, because A) they're free, and B) they're just CATALOGS that list graphic novels, not comics themselves. They have no value, so why bother to list them? They're not the same as the DC EssentialS line, with an S at the end, that do reprint comics. Generally, catalog stuff isn't listed, nor should it be, in my opinion. Ain't comic BOOKS. |

It was simply a redesign of the label and slab a couple years ago. So just old vs new labels. They do label design changes now and then, so there's been at least 3 now. those are issues #2 and 3 under the 'Star Wars Boba Fett 1997-1998' series, although on that page it has #1-3 as 1995-1997, so maybe Ronbatman can correct the '1997-1998' notation: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/star-wars-boba-fett/pivt

this is one of those tougher things to search for. It's actually Wizard mini-comic #4, and listed: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/wizard-mini-comic/4/pcqscq your pic link doesn't go to where it says (goes to http://examplesite.com/Cowboys for some reason), and the correct numbering is Ash #3.13 1/2, which you have wrong in your subject line. CPG lists the platinum and gold editions too. Would be nice if CPG cross-indexed it as Ash #3.13 1/2 so it would show up under the Ash title.
methinks the raw price is way high at $2.50. I can't sell these for .50 cents since new (still have 4), and neither can anyone on 'that' auction site where it starts at $1, with some others with extremely ridiculous prices and false statements like 'rare'. Nothing rare about it. Anyway, there ya go. |
