8/30/2022 Topic: The Spirit: The New Adventures #5 - Incorrect Cvr collectibleshop	the current scan is this issue, for Spirit, The Origin Years (which should maybe be THE Spirit like on the cover?): https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/spirit-the-origin-years/5/pluunp I ran thru the Spirit titles and saw several that have 'The Spirit' on the cover, but the title listing drops the The, so not sure what the indicia says on all, but mostly he's always been called The Spirit. comics.org also lists the Origin Years with just 'Spirit' too, so maybe that's how it is inside, but you'd think the publisher would match the cover titles.

9/4/2022 Topic: Missing Comic Book series (KNIGHTFALL -PPP) collectibleshop	this appears to be yet another self-published dead title and company that CPG doesn't usually list. comics.org, mycomicshop, mile high and a couple other database sites don't list it either, which should tell you something, since it was published in 2014. it's the only thing on their site, and nothing since 2014 in the blog etc, so I don't think CPG will bother with this, plus no way to ascertain value.
9/9/2022 Topic: Final Faction: First Impact #1 collectibleshop	huh, who knew Dollar Tree (Dollar and a quarter Tree now) made comics? Attached a better pic with it in the bag. Credits are: Toby Osborne on script Chris Marrinan on pencils Marrinan and Luis Rvera on inks Mimi Simon on colors John Heebink & Mike Manley on Letters. Publisher/Distributor listed as Greenbrier International, but that's 'doing business as Dollar Tree'. Says 'Made in China' on the back of the bag, like the action figures, so I believe the printing country is China, but CPG can decide. attached a pic of the back info at top of the bag, hope it's big enough to read. Dollar Tree doesn't have it on their site, so not sure if the cover price is $1.25 or not, I see nothing on the front or back to say, but assume it's $1.25. googled it and didn't quickly see anyone mentioning the cover price. Sold prices on e* go from $1 to $5.97 for singles, with $2.99-$4.99 in between, cuz that's e* for you. edited by collectibleshop on 9/9/2022

If you search for just Battlestar Galactica #1, or 2 or #3, the Whitman ones will come up in the list too.

9/16/2022 Topic: Batman #119 Jock Variant Silver Foil Virgin Cover collectibleshop	well, they have it, but appears to be the solicitation image, so not 'foil' looking. grabbed a couple camera pics of a real one off e*** for CPG to choose from. these foil things are a pain to get decent pics of. for future reference, post a link to the CPG listing, it saves people time. https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/batman/119-RI-B/phttctw and try to find pics that are not pro-graded, watermarked or signed. comics.org is usually a good place, but they don't have a pic of this one. so more work for @Casper0312...
9/16/2022 Topic: Annual = Uncanny? collectibleshop	annuals are listed under the Annual tab for the series they go with, at the top of the series results. The trouble with the X-Men series is how it switches from X-Men to Uncanny X-Men at issue 142, but the annuals continue the numbering from the original title series, so some have just X-Men on them and others have Uncanny X-Men, so blame Marvel. See this thread for my search tips (4th post down), you will need it. 9/20/2022 Topic: Missing Variant Cover collectibleshop	you know you can submit this as a variant yourself right? or are you 1 of the people that the pic uploads don't work for? I looked thru your other posts and don't see that I've posted the How To for adding variants for you, but it's been posted a ton of times. so try this and see if it works, it gets the image in the admin que faster (sometimes) than a forum post. Use the "Report Missing Variant" function found in the listings for individual books. You must be logged in to do this. Navigate to the specific book that is missing a variant. https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/conan-the-barbarian-movie-special/1/tlus in this case. Select the 'Variants' tab found next to 'Values'. You should see a red box titled "Report Missing Variants" on the right side below any listed variants. Clicking the box will bring up a page where you can enter information specific to the variant you are reporting (not all is required when they have the info from other versions). This includes what it's called, price, artist, publication date, etc. This makes it much faster for the admins to process the request. 9/26/2022 Topic: Second Printing collectibleshop	nope, it's just a second print. even if has different details on the cover, it's still just noted as a second, third etc. print. Maybe if it was a newsstand second print, but then it's a newsstand variant OF a 2nd print.
9/26/2022 Topic: Silver Surfer 1968-1970 collectibleshop	depends on what you consider purple and blue. on my monitor CPG's pic looks more purple than blue. monitor differences, scanner differences, printer toner during the run differences etc., can all make colors look a lot different than in person. Look at the many on e***, they're mostly purple-ish to me, but blue ones too, but they may be purple in person. no biggie. compare comics.org pic: https://www.comics.org/issue/22256/cover/4/
