Any run can be accomplished, it just takes time, patience and LOTS of money!  You've picked an especially expensive one.  My first major run I took a shot at was Amazing Spider-man 1 - 700. I have completed that one  and have now moved on to filling in my Avengers run. Good luck! |

Has anyone noticed that if you click on ANY comic in the "HOT NEW COMICS" , "COMICS TO WATCH" OR "SOLD IN CLASSIFIED" areas on the home page and click on "FOR SALE/ WANTED" , ALL listings are for WEB OF SPIDERMAN #1......... How did that happen? ............................. Actually, going to ANY comic book on CPG and clicking on "FOR SALE/ WANTED" gives you ONLY listings for "WEB OF SPIDER-MAN #1" ..................... WOW, that's not good .................or is this just happening for me?

Ron i've tried to upload my covers for "Display Case" but they all failed. They are under the 5 MB limit. Any suggestions ???

You have 5 MB pictures? Really? Suggest you reduce the file size. Being a old computer guy - really 200 dpi at about 3.75 x 5.5 inches is really all you need.
Should come out to 250K - 350K. Scan will not show high resolution on this site anyway.
Okay - I have not personally tireid this on the new site. Any else to comment?
I scan my books for upload to this site at 300 dpi. They come out around 2MB and I've never had a problem.

Just go to any of your comics and click on "Edit" (green box) and you'll see the add to a box option Plus on the right side of any comic page, there is a toolbar to add any book to your collection and put it in any box.

Thanks, it took me awhile to complete the run from 1 to 700, then I quit and have moved on to filling out my Avengers run. I had a VF ASM #1 but I sold it years ago( along with a VF FF #1) to help put a nice down payment on my house. Too expensive now to replace it. Have to settle for my Golden Reprint #1.  Most of the run is really nice but not quit all 9.4's like yours!

That's what the "issue setting" on your tool bar (right side of screen) is for. You can set it to default at any grade you want, when you add your books |

You are the grader-you do not use the universal grade
you do not give a 9.4 grade to all comics
it need not be a pro-just a reasonable fair guess
it is just my fun idea

Hi Ruk, speaking of giving a 9.4 to all your comics, have you ever interacted with "Igman36" ? All of his 42,000 + books are graded at 9.4. Including, for example, eight Captain America #100's. Is that for real?

I would love to bring the desserts I was just thinking, if his collection of 42,000+ wasn't all 9.4's (WOW wouldn't that be awesome to have?) and he were to actually go through and grade them like the rest of us EEIG members, you would probably move up into the highly coveted #2 spot.  ........Just a thought, sometimes they hurt..... |
