Why does it say I only have a free account? I have been a paying member of this site for a really long time. Entered a bunch of books the other day and when I signed on today it only shows 50 and I don't have a paid account.
Any help would be appreciated. |

Me too! Been a member since 2000 and suddenly reduced to Bronze. Hoping its just a glitch in the matrix and will be resolved soon. |

have you emailed customer service or Ron Batman? usually faster than posting in the forum, although tridon says he emailed before posting. you can message him and ask if his acct got fixed.
Yeah I emailed and got a response saying it would be worked on. Sent another email after waiting with no response. |
