5/28/2016 Topic: Greg's Collection Corner gregbrookins	I have a couple I'd like to do but the shipping is a bit prohibitive. The grading aspect is nice. The secure storage is nicer. I guess if I want to resell, a definitive grade will make a sale easier. I've got a really nice Silver Surver 14(with spider man) that I estimate at 9.2. I'd like to get it graded. 30 bucks a book plus base 30 shipping is scary though.

5/29/2016 Topic: Misnumbering? gregbrookins	I was sorting my back issues today and noticed that the following issue is numbered 2 of 4 and it is part of a 5 issue series(other 4 say # of 5). I looked in database and it is also numbered incorrectly. What gives? Any info on this? Silver Surfer Vol. 5 #2

I saw this cover and really liked it, so I picked it up for 6 bucks. Then i get home last night and go to add it to my collection and its listed as 250!!. Civil War II 1M

When searching for books, its usually best to start wide and then narrow it down. I searched for "spider man" only and then scrolled through the listing looking for pubs in the 2014 range. 6/6/2016 Topic: Change in member rating. gregbrookins	I'm not even sure what a rating is....lol. I guess mine is 1 if that number next to my account info is it. I don't know how submitting things changes that. I put a variant cover in about 2 months? ago and it still hasn't been added, so I'm not sure that the number affects much.

6/9/2016 Topic: Systematic Value Errors for all Grades below NM gregbrookins	I understand your analysis, but I'll play devil's advocate for a minute. Is there any chance that as we get further from the publication dates, the relative values change due to scarcity? Are there any other contributing factors to the price differential? Does the current market affect the displayed prices in the database? If there is a new interest in these books, could higher demand(which naturally raises the base value) affect the database in a comparative ratio? There, I played the advocate. That being said, yes, I really want a realistic accurate number being applied to my collection.
