1st Appearances for Marvel Comics Characters

rixmaxx is right... The "Torpedo" (Brock Jones) first appeared in Daredevil #126, has been accredited as such.
Marvel Premiere #39 is the first appearance of his son (Daniel Jones).
If your looking for the first Torpedo he's in Daredevil #59 (he didn't last long)

I could not find much info on this museum book, A photo would be good.
Try talking a photo with your phone instead of a scanner. Then post it that way. I think most phones can have the picture size turned up or down.
I also can't tell you if it's worth keeping or not, Sounds very exclusive indeed. Just be aware that these books are aimed at a very small market of collectors.
Where a ye'old Spider-Man book will all but be guaranteed to sell.
