As far back as I can remember we’ve always allowed that field to be occupied by foreign prices as long as there isn’t also an American price on the cover (like dual or triple cover price issues)

The differences can sometimes be subtle so if you’re uploading an image that you haven’t actually scanned check mycomicshop or check an auction site that has an image with background against your image. Look for variations in text, border width and heights, logos and color palettes amongst other things
