near as I can tell from GCD and e*ay, #2A and 2C, as well as #1, #3, and #4 A,B,C covers all came with cards and the green 'exclusive new collectible trading card inside' banner along the top. CPG has 2 of the 3 for #4, but needs to update pics and subtitles for the others. GCD shows #2 bagged with card, and unbagged, but didn't do that with the others.

submitted it for you. you can do this yourself using the Report Missing Variant link, which is how CPG prefers it to be done vs posting on the forum. here's how:
Get a good square-on scan (not a camera pic), .jpg, .png, or .gif format preferred, cropped to the edges of the comic. If you can't, then find them on the net, with no watermarks, no signatures, no pro-graded ones, no bagged/boarded pics unless it's a factory polybag, and try to make sure they're a published version, not a pre-production pic (like a Previews solicitation often is), as those get changed in production all the time. Best to resize huge ones if you can to about 500-600 x 800-900px give or take, but CPG can do that too. You must be logged in to do this.
Navigate to the specific book/issue that is missing a variant.
Select the 'Variants' tab found next to 'Values'.
You should see a link with a little flag called "Report Missing Variant" on the right side under those tabs
Clicking the link will bring up a page where you can upload the pic and enter information specific to the variant you are reporting (not all is required if they have it from other issues). This includes what it's called, an image, price, artist, publication date, print run, etc. This makes it much faster for the admins to process the request.

re: this and the Wolverine.. you can, and should, submit those as missing variants yourself, that's how CPG prefers it to be done. have you not seen the instructions posted on here a ton of times, or does that form not work for you, as some people have reported?

found 13 & 14, submitted those. Dr, the 14 is on e*ay still, comiccollectorlive shows sellers with apparently stock photos of #12-16 newsies, so not sure if the sellers actually have those. no luck on #1 news tho. good luck on the hunt.

I don't see 7,8,10,12 newsstands in the CPG listing, but drsettleton said he would scan his and submit them. GCD doesn't have them. Pretty sure there's no newsies of 17-26, else some would show up somewhere by now.
Ben, can you get the yupped once U titles in Marvel on the verify data page approved so the rest of the U's will load? it just sits when clicked on, I let it go for 20 minutes once, and it never loaded, and glorkar tried too. there's a ton of Uncanny X-Men in there I already yupped before it got too full to work somehow. already told bryan too. thanks.

On the verify data page>Creators>Lion Forge>Jazz Maynard title, Vol 1 #4,5,6 covers have the "18+ scan" on them, but there's nothing 'adult' about those covers. the rest don't have that warning, and they show fine on the series listing when logged in or not. so not sure why the system has the warning on the verify page, or if anyone can do anything about it, but not that important.

Holy million variants Batman! CPG is missing a LOT of them.
They prefer you to submit missing variants thru the system instead of posting them on the forum. Here's how:

your pic appears to be of a signed copy, so attached a pic of an unsigned one, and here's more specific creator info from GCD, that conflicts with the info on your 2nd pic, but I doubt both guys did all the stuff together, but possible:
