FINALLY found it after all kinds of searches. had to find it on other sites, and finally saw it's the 2nd print of the 1987 X-Men in the Savage land TPB. I had seen that sooner in search results, but didn't click on it since the title and cover was different. so it's here: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/x-men-savage-land/1-2ndtrade_paperback/pkvqiqr that'll be one BEEELLION dollars.. |

according to mycomicshop: Later printings titled: "X-Men in the Savage Land" or "X-Men and the Amazing Spider-Man: Savage Land". Covers may vary on reprints.
since it's a reprint, it will stay under the original TPB listing, but CPG could add the reprint title to the search so it comes up by itself too. I personally don't see the point in submitting it as a variant or mentioning a 4th print, since it's the same book on the outside too. I haven't, and not going to, look up whatever other printings there are in case other covers are different. MCS often puts that 'reprint covers may vary' note but don't show other reprints, so not much help there. so best you can hope for is that they'll add the title to the search database. so sometimes you have to do a net search to find that one bit of info you need to track it down on here, but more than likely it's on here when it's a major publisher. edited by collectibleshop on 6/5/2024 |

helps a lot if you post some links to more info. comics.org is a good place to start. here's what they have for Tom Katz: https://www.comics.org/series/50249/ so when some admin gets the time, maybe they'll add it. |

it appears they're missing both versions. I've attached pics of both. You can submit them thru the system yourself if you want to learn how to do it. Use the "Report Missing Variant" function found in the listings for individual books. You must be logged in to do this. Navigate to the specific book that is missing a variant. I believe they'd go under the FF 52 Facsimile listing here, as variants: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/fantastic-four-facsimile-edition/52/phxpkyr Select the 'Variants' tab found next to 'Values'. You should see a red box titled "Report Missing Variants" on the right side at the bottom of any listed listed variants. Clicking the box will bring up a page where you can upload the pic and enter information specific to the variant you are reporting (not all is required). This includes what it's called, an image, price, artist, publication date, etc. This makes it much faster for the admins to process the request. an admin may get to it too, so you can wait for that if you want. edited by collectibleshop on 6/9/2024 |

https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/gold-digger/thyu . not sure how that's not been noticed in forever, but the cover prices for 1-24 are wrong. not $2.49, they're $2.50 up to #13, then 13-25 goes to 2.95, and changes to 2.99 with #26. and goes up more later on. When I saw how many didn't have cover prices, I decided to save adding those for another day. Did #25 tho. comics.org details page with prices, if anyone wants to submit the rest: https://www.comics.org/series/14582/details/ . edited by collectibleshop on 6/14/2024 |

a number of these have the penciler/artist wrong. I'm adding prices, just noticed the artist mistakes, but not going to back up and check all, someone else can. https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/swamp-thing/157/pjyvky, 158, 159, have Kim Demulder as interior artist, but 157 is Jill Thompson, 158 should be Phil Hester, 159 is Jill Thompson, 161 to 164 is Hester, 165 is Curt Swan, 166-169 is Hester, Demulder is the inker on all those. |

Hi, there's various how to pages, and the videos. CPG's youtube videos are here (listed under the About link at top of the site page): https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3eOHtGDGIs0GGohUDuypf3TlQM2aupdo Gold Key list is here: https://comicspriceguide.com/publishers/gold-key The correct comic titles are found inside the comic with the publishing info. that may differ from what's on the cover, and CPG goes by the indicia inside. you have to be a paying member to upload your own pics. see my extensive search tips in this thread, 4th post down: https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/messages.aspx?TopicID=12110 here's instructions from another member about adding pics, from 2018, not sure if it's still 100% valid, but probably (I'm not a paying member, so haven't fooled with adding pics to a collection):
After you've entered issues into your collection, the process to upload your own images is pretty simple: Click 'My Comic Collection' using the toolbar on the right side.
- Navigate through 'Publisher' to find the correct publisher and title.
- Select the correct title and you'll see a list of all issues you own of that title. (remember that you can own multiple copies of an issue which is handy if you have copies in different conditions)
- Click the issue number of the specific issue you have a scan or pic you wish to upload.
- Select the 'My Collection' tab, if it's not already displayed, and you will see a list of the copies you own of that particular issue
- To the right you should see a small icon of a green upwards facing arrow, click that to bring up the upload dialogue window.
- Find your image to upload and submit.
that oughta get most of what you need, have fun... edited by collectibleshop on 6/23/2024 |

don't see any announcement or other posts about the new look for the forums? not an improvement. The Threads/Latest Post/Views/Posts headers are white on white? who designs this stuff? and the date/time and count of posts is still that light gray on white and gray background, maybe slightly darker than before, but still not as easily readable as it should be. BLACK TEXT is how it should be. regular posts are ok still, but the main forum list is just not good. no way for us to change the skin. I do NOT understand software designers, have they never read all the User Interface guidelines about readability in the last 30 years? |

ok, you're crazy . Now call me a cab. Or call me, maybe? Or Ishmael. Or MISTER TIBBS. Call me, call me any, anytime. But don't call me Shirley. And ya doesn't have to call me Johnson. but really, they can experiment on test pages and ask opinions like they usually do. it's been like 2 years since they were looking to change the forum software, so hoping this can't be it, unless it's under development, but that's what test pages/sites are for. |

you can submit it yourself. pic attached. save it, and then you can submit it as a Missing Variant this way: Navigate to the specific book that is missing a variant. https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/wonder-woman/90/vbtuh Select the 'Variants' tab found next to 'Values'. You should see a red box titled "Report Missing Variants" on the right side at the bottom of any listed listed variants. This includes what it's called, an image, price, artist, publication date, etc. This makes it much faster for the admins to process the request. now you can do it for the future, and they prefer it was done that way 'through the system.' if you have trouble, you can get more help here. have fun.. edited by collectibleshop on 6/25/2024 |

The HRN numbers are different, as they do new ones when reprinted. yours should say inside what the HRN number is, so then you can choose that one. The color difference is meaningless, it just two different scans with different settings. |

Or maybe there's a way to give us an option of skins we use? So people can decide for themselves? That would be nice, and how many many forums are. And for rixmaxx, I'm using a desktop monitor. While the layout is the same as before, and the forum titles stand out well, and I like the blue, the white w/shadow headings are hard to see, no idea why anyone would make them that style. Should be just like the forum/thread titles. |

not sure why they don't have them, but I couldn't find them here either, under any series or country or Kitchen Sink, yet everybody else seems to list them. so here's comics.org page for the cover gallery, for CPG to start with. there's 3 volumes, not just 1.: https://www.comics.org/series/53671/covers/ dniolet, bookmark comics.org, it's a good resource. |

Thank you for your response. I used the quoted instructions to add comics and successfully added by DC collection. But the way to add personal scans of the comics has apparently changed. None of those I listed have my personal scan. I used your link and got to Gold Key Western, unfortunately it has an extremely limited library, less than 200 issues for each title, and I am unable to add my collection manually, let alone add a scan. missed seeing this reply. CPG should have a pretty good library of GK and Western, so what issues of what titles can't you find? Since I'm not a paying member, I haven't done the upload-my-own-scan thing, but plenty of other people have, so maybe one of them will chime in with newer instructions. did you try the youtube videos for that? edited by collectibleshop on 6/29/2024 |
