1/12/2024 Topic: status of missing issue collectibleshop	helps to know which variant, and attach a pic to this thread, it helps. the only way to check, if you don't know already, is to go to that comic, click the variants tab, and go to the bottom of the page and see if your submission is still sitting there. if not, it may have been lost amongst the deluge, or the pic was rejected for some reason. you can try submitting again in that case. make sure the image is .jpg, .png, or .gif, cropped to the edges of the comic, not bagged, square on, under 5mb in size (which is huge, so most any 400x700px or even bigger pic should be well under that), and a quality scan, not a camera pic. edited by collectibleshop on 1/12/2024

1/13/2024 Topic: status of missing issue collectibleshop	if the pic you attached of the comic is the same one you submitted in July, it got rejected because it doesn't meet CPG standards like I listed. it's angled, looks to be bagged, and not cropped properly. I found a better pic and attached it, so you can use that to submit it again. make a note on the form that it's the '1Con' exclusive. then after a while you can check to see if it got accepted.

1/15/2024 Topic: Battletoads insert comics Nintendo collectibleshop	I found pics of the 1st page of these insert comics for Nintendo Power #24 and 49, but wasn't sure about submitting them thru the system as I don't know what the parameters are for inserts that don't have a normal 'cover'. There's nothing on ey in Collectibles by that name. Do you mean the regular Wizard Price Guide magazine? CPG lists some of the Specials, but not the monthly mag as it doesn't have 50% comic STORY. This has been asked before, there's several forum posts about it, but the ones I found don't have an official CPG reply. They do list a few types of the other big name price guide special issues, but not the various monthlies. So ey will have to be your price guide, and surely you can catalog yours on your computer/phone in it's own folder, right? If CPG hasn't listed Wizard monthlies by now, they ain't gonna. They don't qualify, and yes, there are other things listed that don't qualify either, but most were added a long time ago, so they leave them up. edited by collectibleshop on 1/17/2024

I'd think there'd be a function to designate a whole title by age if it qualifies under 1 age. Was pretty tedious going thru 64 titles to do prices and find all these with the wrong age too . thanks for the work.

1/18/2024 Topic: DRAGON BALL SUPER collectibleshop	always helpful to attach a pic or link to one, even if it's not to CPG standards. I finally found one that was square-on, so attached it. and many on e**y also have it as an NYCC exclusive too, and it looks the same as the SDCC one to me, so maybe not so exclusive, unless I missed some tiny art clue.

1/20/2024 Topic: Fallen Friend Variant collectibleshop	your pic needed cropping (gotta be cropped to the edges folks) but my photo editor said it was 'read-only' for some reason so I couldn't edit it, so got a pic elsewhere and submitted it for you. You do know, and CPG prefers, that you can submit variants yourself, right? Or are you one of the people that the site gives a hard time to when submitting pics? I can't keep them all straight.

1/20/2024 Topic: Dark Spaces Dungeon #1 cover artist confusion collectibleshop	so was submitting cover artist info for this title, and #1B https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/dark-spaces-dungeon/1B/pisxjxs says says Dustin Nguyen cover artist in the subtitle, but #1-RI-B https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/dark-spaces-dungeon/1-RI-B/pisxjxu says Eric Nguyen cover artist, but it's the same art. The signature is the same, but I dunno which Nguyen it is, so maybe someone who owns the comic can verify who's the real cover artist, cuz I'm done for the night and not gonna go hunting it down elsewhere and hope they're right.
