I own one of each of these issues but cannot find any reference regarding value. I am no expert but would guess my copies are both around a 3.0. I made an inquiry with Steve Borock (president of CBCS comics) and he informed me they are rare but had no idea regarding value.

Added. These very rarely come up for sale and tend to drastically increase in price each time. Last sale I could find was an auction ending in 2019 on issue 31 at $528 for a VG copy, so that is what I have based the value of the series on, though I wouldn't be surprised to see higher prices now.
