As a general rule, we do not add signed covers to the database. If you look at this link... http://comicspriceguide.com/forum/topic9-signed-and-remarked-comics.aspx, you will understand why. But as I said, the cover was not in the database and the value is based on an unsigned comic. I cannot confirm the certificate of authenticity. I don't think Dynamic Forces would mislead you since they are a reputable organization.
