When one is credited as doing the "Breakdowns" what are they doing? I get some of the others, like script (writer) or penciller (artist), but don't know breakdowns! Thanks

Breakdowns usually mean the person that lays out the page panels. Depending on the artist, the characters may almost be stick figures without much detail, with the work on defining everything left to the inker. They are much looser than 'pencils'.
