This is a 1971 print, it says published by Magazine Management Co. on the inside cover but Marvel Comics Group there also, that did not come up in the database. Scary part is it was the first comic I searched for to add to my new account here and I couldn't find it. I thought I was doing something wrong.
I have attached a scan of the comic.
Please let me know what other info you may need to add this to your database so I can add it to my collection.

Nope, not missing. It's under Captain America Vol. 1.
Click on the "Special" tab to the right of the "Monthly" tab you will find your book.
