That is a tough call since I don't think self promoting is generally accepted. Trying to contact each member would likely make many members upset and there are also likely lots of spam account that could cause all sorts of problems for you.

Your best bet would be to just post the info and let the members choose to go look for them selves  I'd be interested in checking it out.

good call to buy an ad.
You can put info on classifieds here on CPG - as long as it is not too over the top. A couple of other folks with web sites to put in information in classifies from time to time. You should check out their ads.
