Hello,
I have a comic book the amazing spiderman no 1 from 1963. I looked for it online and only found one for auction at mycomicshop.com for $5000. Could this be right?

I also have a bunch of other comics from the 60s. Is there a place I can look them up for value

You can get a free membership at CPG and look up the value.
There are other guides online as well.
Or look up any large retail sales site like mycomicshop - value will be reasonable

Knowing what grade the book is will help you know a range of value of a book. This site and others list how to grade with the 10 point scale.
