Message from dredful

I had finished adding information to Spider-Man #4. I intended to add the "story" to Spider-Man/Deadpool #1 but I forgot to switch the issue I was working on. Therefore, I unfortunately added the "Isn't it BROMANTIC" to Spider-Man #4.

It was a mistake but unlike there sections, I see no way to delete my mistake. It shows stating "Pending Approval".

Is there a way for me to remove this mistake?

Is there someone I can contact to alert them to this mistake?

Thanks for any helpful info.
