My son has a copy of Justice League International #68 September 1994. It ends at page 21, on page 22 there is a black and white pic of the last pic on page 21 with no captions, and page 23- 24 are blank. Does this help make this comic book valuable?

TIA for your help!

While I can't speak to that specific issue, I think that's a Zero Hour thing. The issues I have from that event and they tended to end with blank pages for story telling reasons. I may be wrong, but I don't think that's a misprint.

Capn Doug's information makes sense - see also unofficial Chronology of Zero Hour here
http://www.dcuguide.com/chronology.php?name=ZEROHOUR

JLI #68 is just prior to Zero Hour # 0 (They counted backward 4,3,2,1...)
At zero everything went blank. Call it artistic license.
