ISBN for the other one matches Batman: Two-Face - Crime and Punishment: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/batman-two-face-crime-and-punishment/1prestige/pbxsiq . GCD says July 1995, not Jan.

#1 cover still showing the wrong cover to me, and I cleared history/cache too. attached correct one again.
